CITY's TUJ Editor Brandon T. Hillier Awarded Dean’s Award for Research Excellence (DARE)

The Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies has launched the Dean’s Award for Research Excellence (DARE) this year. DARE provides opportunities for undergraduate students to engage in research projects supervised by professors. They will each receive $5,000, and will work on their research projects during the summer term. Learn more about the DARE program.

The City Institute's Toronto Urban Journal editor Brandon T. Hillier was awarded a Dean’s Award for Research Excellence for the 2018-2019 academic year. Brandon will work on the project titled: "Energy Transitions and Living in the City: Adaptations and Vulnerabilities Concerning Home and Mobility in the Greater Toronto Area." The project is housed in the Urban Studies program, and Brandon will be supervised by Professor Karl Schmid.
